Monica Means

Monica Means serves as Practice Manager of Pike Road MedSpa, where she oversees daily operations, enhances patient experience, and helps bring the brand’s vision to life. With 11 years of medical experience working alongside an orthopaedic physician, Monica’s background includes patient care, surgical coordination, and clinical support – giving her a strong foundation in both clinical excellence and companionate service.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Physical Activity and Health, Monica is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deeply patient-centered approach. She is passionate about creating an environment where every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of the spa, Monica is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. She serves on the school’s PTA Board and loves spending time with her family—especially cheering her girls on at softball and soccer games. Monica is deeply committed to building Pike Road MedSpa into a place where excellence and genuine care go hand in hand.
